Welcome to Coyly.ai (“Coyly”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to coyly.ai and its applications, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are currently operated under the Coyly trade name. Questions about the operator or these Terms may be sent to support@coyly.ai.
By creating an account, buying a subscription or Coins, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies in Legal Information. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or shared.
2. AI-generated service
Coyly provides fictional AI characters and tools that generate text, images, audio and video. Characters are not human, do not possess consciousness or emotions, and cannot make real-world promises. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. The Services are entertainment, not professional, medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.
3. Subscriptions and Coins
Prices, billing periods and included benefits are shown before checkout. Subscriptions are prepaid for the term you choose and do not renew automatically: no further charge is made unless you buy another term. Access continues to the end of the term already paid for.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. A charge may appear on your bank or card statement under the provider’s or its merchant’s name rather than Coyly’s.
Every subscription includes a monthly allowance of Coins, stated on the plan you choose. The allowance is credited one month at a time across the billing term, so a longer term does not release the whole term’s Coins at once. Unused subscription Coins expire at the end of the month they were credited for: they do not carry over to the next month and are not refunded. Coins bought separately do not expire, and are drawn on only after the month’s subscription allowance has been spent.
Coins are a limited, revocable licence to use eligible digital features; they are not money, are not transferable, and have no cash value except where law requires.
Delivered digital content and completed AI generations are generally final except where law requires otherwise or Coyly confirms a technical failure. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable. Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal, set out in section 5 of the Refund Policy.
4. Changing your plan
You may move to a larger plan — a higher tier, a bigger monthly Coin allowance, or a longer billing term — at any time. The change takes effect at once, after you confirm the amount due and your payment details at checkout. You pay only the difference: unused time on your current plan is credited against the price of the new one. Member Coins already granted for the current month count toward the new plan’s monthly allowance, and the difference is credited to your balance immediately.
Moving to a smaller plan — a lower tier, or a smaller monthly Coin allowance — is not available while a term is running, because that term has already been paid for. Your present plan and its Coin allowance run to the end of the term, and Coins already credited are not taken back. Once the term has ended, you may buy the smaller plan.
Shortening the billing term of a running subscription is not available. Subscriptions do not renew, so let the paid period run out and then buy the shorter term.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services for illegal activity, exploitation or sexualization of minors, non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery of real people without permission, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, malware, infringement, attempts to bypass safeguards or payment controls, or extraction of private information. You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell access, or use Coyly output to train another model without written permission.
6. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Coyly a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transform it as needed to operate, secure, improve and support the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. You confirm you hold all necessary permissions.
7. Coyly content
The Services, Coyly name and marks, software, interface, curated characters and platform content are owned by or licensed to Coyly. Coyly grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for private entertainment.
8. Moderation
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful authorities to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse or enforce these Terms. Appeals follow our Complaint Policy.
9. Availability
We may change features, characters, models and prices and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Material changes to paid benefits will be communicated where required.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Coyly disclaims warranties that may lawfully be excluded and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
